Best sushi we have had in a long time. This is a hidden gem that you must try for yourself! Definitely get a reservation for any evening you plan to dine. Get there early on Friday for lunch if you want to snag a spot!
I don't know why it took us so long to find this place! In the year and a half we have lived here this is by far my favorite restaurant and I can't wait to go back

Shimogamo’s is by far the best sushi I’ve had in AZ hands down! Please go and get the Shimogamo roll, citrus roll, big and tasty roll and Alaskan roll!!!

We are visiting from Seattle so we are very picky about salmon and fresh fish in general but after reading the reviews and checking out the pictures on their website decided to give Shimogamo a try.
