I have been buying from the Shimkat group for 34 years. They have always been there for me and my family when we have had problems and have solved them all with a smile. There is always someone to talk to when you enter the show room and they are not pushy when they deal with you. If you are looking to buy a new car it is the place to go.
They always have someone there to greet you, treat like family, and do an excellent job of explaining things to you and answering your questions! Shimkat Motors doesn't even feel like a car dealership because they are so friendly and there is no pressure to buy!
Friendly helpful service. We have purchased both new and used and had an equally great experience. They want to be sure you find the car that's right for you! We will be back again. UPDATE: we have continued to be extremely happy with the vehicles we have purchased but also with the service received since those purchases. Whether it’s a recall needing completed or an oil change Shimkat is professional and accommodating in all departments.
We have bought from Shimkats in the past and will do so again. They follow through after the sale and do all they can to be sure you are happy!
