Walked away from signing a deal on a truck over their complete inflexibility in negotiating even a $500 concession in our favor. That would have been the 3rd vehicle purchase for us from Shimkat in less than 10 years, but found them to be far more willing to work a mutually acceptable deal with my veteran spouse in the past. Feel like I need a shower, they treated us like they had us over a barrel. Avoid unless you're looking for that slick words, car salesman experience.
