Took my car in for warranty work and that led to 2 weeks of one problem after another including a 2nd repair on the 1st part that they had originally fixed...they had the chance to make it right for all the time, money and trouble i had to go through and wouldnt. Really dissappointed that our community has business owners only interested in business and not its people

Shimkat has very friendly crew. The sales department goes over everything to your understanding. They take there time and show you all of the details on the vehicle and make sure you understand the vehicle in and out. The finance crew is very helpful and makes sure you understand every dollar and all the Warrenty/ protection on the vehicle and also goes over every detail about other Warrenty..
