If I could give zero stars I would. I was sold a BMW 5 series that I was told recently had the transmission replaced. Alberto and his son claimed they would be available for me to call them if anything happened to the vehicle after the sale. Well just over 15 days after I purchased the car it doesn’t even start. I had to pay for the car to be towed to a BMW dealership. And thanks to BMWs not able to be put in neutral unless the engine is on, I had to pay an extra $100 for the tow.
