After two months of treatment from Dr. Kyle, I am no longer focused on the pain in my neck and shoulders. I no longer get up in the middle of the night to heat up my rice bag trying to get some relief from that pain. I thought it was hopeless. So nice to be able to move my head better.

The staff at Shift are amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable! I have had daily migraines and neck and shoulder pain for years with little reprieve from the many things/techniques I tried.
