Worst customer service ever! Nobody knows what is going on in front office. Passed around to 3 people and put on hold forever only to hear "I have no idea what you are talking about". Passed to a Kia who is supposedly the owner because according to her there is no one above her and she can't handle an angry caller who has been passed around for half an hour and instead of taking responsibility for her staff and apologizing, she blames caller. Dr. Nancy Turner is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. She really helps me and promotes a healthy lifestyle.
