I agree with every negative review because those are the facts. He omits information, zones out, passes the buck, takes his sweet time, lies, and is biased.

He based his entire custody evaluation on what the other parent, who had run ins with the police for abuse, said and claimed that admitting to swearing when upset makes you an uncontrollably angry person who can't coparent. He left out a large amount of information and even had misinformation on his report. He never interviewed anyone in regards to his reports and did not seek further information. Unprofessional to say the least. He said it was inappropriate to cry when recounting abuse as well.

Biased against parent with diagnosed mental illness which was made worse by emotional abuse, and recommended custody to abusive parent

Kasey did a great job with a my case that had plenty of information to go through. He listened, openly communicated with me and answered any questions i had.

I had Dr. Shienvold for a custody evaluation. He came highly recommended. I paid $7000 up front, but never received anything until a year after the first interview. This was highly unacceptable. When asked why it took so long, his response was he was busy. His own father and partner even stated in a radio interview that an evaluation should be completed in 2 to 3 months to ensure accuracy of the information. When you pay top dollar for a service, you should expect top service?.

I needed to have Dr. Kasey Shienvold do a parenting evaluation. On my first appointment he nodded off, and was constantly yawning. The final appointment with my children he had us in the office for less than 10 minutes. That was the entire time he saw us together and he asked no questions or led any discussion. His report was 3 months late, he demanded additional money, he didn't interview other professionals for the report. It was also filled with mistakes, then lied about it in court.
