I had shoulder surgery here a few days ago, and I can't recommend this facility and the staff enough. My surgeon and his PA, Dr. Shurland and Randy, brought me in from Agility Orthopedics. They will get their own review on Agility's review page, but this one is exclusively about the Shields staff. My complaint is not about the surgery or the services. It is garbage that both parents cannot not go in with their children for surgery! They only allow one parent in. Now I sit in the waiting room for three hours. Total BS!
I had my hip replaced Friday, October 3rd. This place was absolutely amazing. From scheduling to surgery. Everyone was amazing. They took such great care of me and explained everything to my daughter so she could take care of me. I really can say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Absolutely Amazing doctors and staff. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me
