My complaint is not about the surgery or the services. It is garbage that both parents cannot not go in with their children for surgery! They only allow one parent in. Now I sit in the waiting room for three hours. Total BS!
I had my hip replaced Friday, October 3rd. This place was absolutely amazing. From scheduling to surgery. Everyone was amazing. They took such great care of me and explained everything to my daughter so she could take care of me. I really can say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Absolutely Amazing doctors and staff. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me
I had a right hip replacement at Shields Surgery Center - Medford with Dr. Van Flandern. I found the whole team at Shields to be attentive, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was a very smooth experience, and I felt very well cared for throughout.
Disgusting!! My son’s surgery to remove his tubs was at 10:15am he needed to fast all morning!! It’s 11:45 and we have yet to even go into the admitting room! All my children have had there tubs removed we never waited this long! If you can avoid this hospital do it at all costs !!!!!
