Dr. Su is the rudest doctor I ever have. They really work on building trust between patients and doctors. He doesnt explain anything in detail and would get frustrated at patients. the receptionist always yelling at patients. The whole office need to some customer service training. Nobody there has any patience and show sympathy to patients. I am not a doctor and all I want is Dr. Su explain thing to me better without getting upset
He is probably the rudest doctor ever and the front desk lady is really rude as well. They get so frustrated when anyone asking a simple question!
