I LOVE this place!! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgable. I was in and out in 10 minutes with my antibiotic. Dr. Baxley and Nurse Laura were so kind stayed and talked to me about other conditions I wasn't even seeing them for and gave me some sample medications to try! Highly recommend this place!

Everyone was very nice and didn't have to wait very long, about twenty minutes after doing paperwork. The nurse practitioner, Sarah, is someone who grew up with my daughter. It was fun to visit with her. She gave me good meds that have made me feel better in just a day after being miserable with a sinus infection for three weeks.
Got there at 5:00pm. Barely sat down and was taken right into room. Nurse and Doctor were very friendly. Got shot and prescribed Meds was out in 40 min. Great experience and I highly recommend this clinic.
Only 2 people in the waiting area, no one in the back, had to wait 30 minutes just for the paperwork part to be completed. Sherwood urgent care, does not seem to understand the concept of a co-pay- which usually covers all test and such for a office visit. (so no I am not paying a extra $200-300, to cover what test you may or may not want to run. (did not seem to legitimate to me). We've been to Sherwood Urgent Care in Russellville several times. I hate going to the doctor but I like the staff here. They are pleasant and thorough. They never make you feel like they are rushing or that you aren't important. And I feel like they are prompt as well.
