Good news Dalton, Georgia and Whitfield County, Georgia residents -- Physicians Care is coming to the area on March 16! Located at 1209 W. Walnut Ave. (next to Pearle Vision), the new urgent and family care center will be open extended hours and weekends.

Do not go to Physician's Care in Hixson. Don't do it!! Apparently, when you sign in they request a card for their file. You do NOT have to do this. But according to their billing office if you refuse to put a card on file, they will require up front payment or they will refuse treatment. Again, you don't have to do that if you have insurance. RecommendedDr Sommers nurse practitioner Ashley is amazing. I went in not feeling well ended up having the flu. She had great bedside manner. Went into full detail about what she was going to do and listened to all my concerns. She told me to come back and see her if I wasn’t feeling any better in a couple of days. She made me feel like she actually cared .
