It's the wrong place to go if you need a DOT physical. They don't know what they are doing because they don't know the the rules and regulations. I hope my husband's company changes to a different facility soon.
This horrible place misdiagnosed my mom for over a year if they had done their job they would have found my moms cancer and she would still be here I would recommend you go anywhere anywhere else go to the ER in Jacksonville if you must but avoid this horrible horrible place
Stopped in yesterday for the first time with a bad case of allergies in need of a shot. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the nurse practitioner were AMAZING! Quick attention...in and out in about 30 minutes. Loved them!!!
I am very disappointed with this facility. I went in there today to get my 16 year olds immunization shots and they acted like I was asking for street drugs or something. The lady that sits towards the back corner was asking why I didn't go to the health department bc it's free, then she said it was going to be soooo expensive here. She then ask what immunization did we need. I told her whatever kind a 16 year old needs so he can start school. Mind you, I have insurance and was willing to pay my 20 % deductible but they hand... read more
They were very professional and quick. I will be back there again
Everyone was very helpful. I had very bad knee pain and they got me a wheelchair and the young man who was the nurse came and got me from waiting room and was very nice and The lady dr was very nice and thorough. I appreciate how I was treated! You're all Great! Thanks !!
I was traveling for work . Had a bad allergy reaction. I saw Dr Sherwood. Almost no wait. He prescribed all the meds I needed & was back at work the next day.
