Went for a rapid covid test, that they charged $50 convenience fee for. Then when it came back negative they did the send off Covid test. I filled out everything online and unknowingly filled in my insurance info incorrectly. They sent a letter needing my insurance info, I called and provided it. Then the next week they STOLE $300 out of my account (that was the cost of the test and exam that day that was still waiting to hear back from ins). NOT SAFE FROM COVID-19 AT THIS PLACE!!! I have been in twice this week. First time was 2 hrs and I was the first one there. Second time was today, while I sat in the waiting room, 2 people came it at different times, they both must have been there for a COVID test, while both told the woman behind the desk why they were there she allowed them to sit before telling them to go sit in their vehicle. The receptionist was so unprofessional and rude. No one ever answers the phone. They told me they were so busy after I told them I had Covid-19 symptoms. They made me wait inside the waiting room around other people. Then I looked outside and the front desk woman and the nurse were both outside smoking!!! They are hateful and rude! The doctor was the nicest person there and I’m sure she’s the only one that keeps the place going!

I arrived at 7:30 am and was 4th in line. There were no appointments available, but website stated walk-in appts were being taken. They opened at 8am. At 10:30 they had called back 5 patients. Only two of those 5 had left the building. At 11:30, I was told that it would be another hour or so. I decided to leave @12. I was there for a COVID test. But you are correct, we welcome walk-ins, but an estimate should have been given as to the expected wait. My son came in on Christmas Eve after a piano bench had fallen on his big toe. After looking at his toe the doctor said that he needed to be seen at Children’s hospital and told my husband that they wouldn’t charge him the $120 because, well, they literally did absolutely nothing. Now they are still charging us the $120 and arguing with us telling us they “have” to charge us. This place is disgusting and the woman at the front desk was so rude.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I waited for four hours for a telemedicine appointment. I called twice to make sure they hadn’t forgotten me. They kept saying they wouldn’t forget about me but they were really busy. I understand being busy. But, FOUR HOURS and they never did show to the telemedicine appointment to see me. They didn’t call to check on me or anything. Just let me wait for four hours and never showed up

I got swabbed for a COVID test on Tuesday. It’s now Sunday and have gotten no results back! They said I would have results in 48-72 hours upon getting it done. I’ve even called several times and it went to voicemail every time. Left voicemails, no call back. I even let them know that I’m a teacher and can’t go back to work until my results come in. This has been done with no urgency whatsoever.

I have been waiting for three hours for some antibiotics. There is no excuse for being this slow. It is horribly cold and now I get to sit here and starve because now it's lunch, and I haven't even gotten to the back. Maybe if I pass out from hunger they will be faster. I was told there were three people in front of me, five have gone back. It would be faster to dig a hole, by hand, and die in it than get help here.

I've had issues here before but kept giving them chances. No more. My 7 year old has a cough & sore throat, no fever. I was told they HAVE to test him for covid but they can't test anyone under 10. They refused to see him & test for strep or bronchitis. They refused service to sick 7 year old
