Waiting room is filthy. was there on Monday and they do not sterilize chairs or counters. people come and go and no one will come clean the chairs or wipe them. nurses not wearing masks, lady at front desk has mask under chin not covering nose or mouth.
RecommendedI was so sick when I went there in February that I was almost afraid to drive myself there. All of the staff was very accommodating and concerned and had me in a treatment room almost immediately. As it turned out I had a very severe case of bronchitis. By the time I left there and arrived at my pharmacy, all of my prescriptions had been called in and were being prepared and I was home shortly. It was my first experience at Urgent Team and I was very pleased.
They are the most unprofessional rudest people I have ever dealt with. They had my info on file, but refused to work with me. When I told them it was getting aggravating the Doctor told me to go somewhere else they didn't want me anyhow. I hadn't gotten rude or cursed till that point. I'll never go back.
