I went 10 minutes to closing, I felt terrible for coming in so late. But I did my paperwork hoping to be seen but the lady at the desk said that my insurance card was not working and ended with saying that it was inactive. Which is not true because I have Crohn's Disease and a bladder disease. I just went to the doctor Thursday for test and had a regular prescription picked up Friday night and one ready. All the staff was very professional, and just made the whole experience nice
This is one of the most unprofessional clinics that I've ever had the displeasure of using. I could probably excuse one bad visit but for there to be more than one, back to back? Inexcusable.
