From the moment I visited SIS's website they made everything easy and took a bit of stress out of home buying. Scheduling an appointment online made it seamless when trying to coordinate with another inspection service for the same day. The inspector Chris was FANTASTIC and very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. The report came the same day and was very detailed and easy to understand.
We had the best experience with our inspection! The inspector, Cathy of Sherwood Inspection Services, was by far very professional and thorough! She even had to crawl underneath a deck and into the crawl space to inspect pipes and plumbing underneath the house! Andre displayed professionalism throughout the entire inspection. He arrived early to start the pool inspection and continued to provide us updates throughout the process. He explained instances where we may need repairs and why. I definitely recommend Andre for inspections.
I arrived to the property a few minutes before the requested time, and saw my inspector Cathy was already there. She was very polite and knowledgeable. She went over all of the details and explained everything as we went through the process. She found some issues that i had not even noticed before, and ultimately i decided to pull the offer. So i was thankful i had such a knowledgeable person to help shape my decisions. I will use them again!
