My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Sherwood Inspection Services or with our amazing inspector, Cathy Corning. Cathy did an incredibly thorough job, and we ultimately terminated the contract on our house because she pointed out significant damage that might have otherwise been overlooked. We are so grateful to her for saving us from what could have been a major problem. I highly recommend her as an inspector and the company as a whole.

We had SIS complete an inspection for us, before buying a home. We needed to have an inspection completed quickly, and they were very accommodating. We were able to have them out within a week. They've been extremely professional and thorough throughout the entire inspection process. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!
I would definitely recommend Sherwood Inspection Services! James was our inspector. He made sure to bring a mask, a change of shoes and gloves with him which made us feel at ease. He allowed us to participate in the entire inspection process with him, patiently answering questions and educating us about what would be included in our report. Kyle was awesome. This is our first home so we were nervous but he couldn’t have been more professional, thorough, and patient. We were originally going to go with a different inspector but changed at the last minute and we couldn’t be happier. We feel that Kyle picked up in things that the other company would have missed. Great company and we’d definitely recommend them!!
