Was able to quickly and easily set up an appointment within the week. Inspector showed up promptly and got started right away. Inspection was very thorough. Had the report the next day.

my inspection was very thorough and uncovered every minor and major issue that was visible. my inspector also explained all his findings to me in detail and in a way that I understood so that I was confident with the information I was given. he also told me to call him if I had any questions pertaining to my report which I appreciate. great job and I would definitely recommend.
Andre, did an excellent inspection of my home. The appointment was set for 9am and he was there before I got there which is amazing, that by itself told a lot about his character and I was right .He was very punctual. We were very impressed with Kyle's knowledge of construction and the structural elements of the home we are planning to purchase. He was very thorough and had even begun the outdoor inspection before we arrived. He delivered the report even more quickly than promised and it was easy to understand. We would recommend both Kyle and Sherwood very highly.

Chris was absolutely wonderful. He was thorough and explained everything to us in a way we could understand and we feel confident in the purchase of our new home. any questions we had asked was a detailed answer so there was no second guessing.
