My rental community are only using this vendor to stay within their home warrenty. Absolutely terrible with communication and scheduling. I took of a day of work when we finally got a date that worked on my schedule to fix the issue the home builder created and then I found out days before that this company "didn't lock in the date scheduled" even though the date was clearly agreed upon causing the already horrendous wait times to push even further out.
