Staff was very nice and helpful when I need to match existing flooring
Staff was very respectful and the installers showed the same respectfulness
Sherwin Williams installed vinyl squares in the bathrooms of a home we were purchasing. The flooring was glued directly to the slab and continued coming up. They came out twice to glue back down and both times used the same vinyl squares that were originally down which now the rep Kyle says is the reason the flooring keeps coming up. Understandably we would like to have tile installed now instead of the vinyl tile since this is the third time the floor has come up.
