My surgery was a revision of a knee replacement. My stay was one night at the hospital. My pain level was very manageable and mobility was very good. Five days post surgery I no longer needed the walker and could manage two flights of stairs without assistance.
He and his staff are great. They are very professional and caring at the same time. Always answers any questions or concerns that you may have about your process. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Oskouei is not only an excellent surgeon, he has excellent bed side manners and develops a report with patients and their families. He asks questions and takes time to listen. He removed a collection of synovial fluid from my left knee and since he is also a trained sarcoma surgeon. Dr. Oskouei combines medical technology with lay explanations to describe his diagnosis. My care under Dr Oskouei has been nothing less than spectacular and his staff is first rate. I would recommend his services to anyone without reservation.
Dr. Oskouei is a great surgeon. He has a good bedside manner and a good sense of humor. Inpatient and Outpatient care has gone much easier than I had expected. Follows up with home DVT and Cold therapy during recovery. Excellent preplanning skills anticipates patient and family needs.
Reassuring
Dr Oskouei performed a total hip replacement. I had expressed a desire to leave the same day, if possible. He said if I could meet the physical requirements, it would be possible. I was able to complete the walking with a walker and climbing stairs as instructed, so I was able to spend the night at home. The Emory Orthopedic hospital was an excellent facility and all the staff associated with the hospital and Dr. Oskouei were great. Would definitely recommend this doctor.
I’m a 50 y.o. Male. I had a hip replacement in January 2018. I had a great experience with Dr. Oskouei. He did a great job, has a very good team. The hip has no pain and I can resume my normal activities free of pain. Dr. Oskouei is personable too. I would highly recommend him if you need a hip replacement.
