So so rude and mean. Never helpful and reasonable. Just keep away from Sherrill the worst one ever.
Why will you not respond regarding the apartment we are trying to sublease? We started in plenty of time to have this completed. I just spoke with one person who applied several weeks ago and has heard nothing from you.

We were understaffed at that time and for that we apologize. We marketed that apartment as much as possible, but at the time that you were trying to release the apartment, no one was showing any interest.
Terrible customer service. Made a phone call to verify pre-paid rent, was told they'd call back that afternoon. 9 days later, still no answer and I have left 4 messages that have not been returned.

We are sorry you felt this way. At this time we were understaffed. One reason why we ask that rent be paid together every month is because when people pay separate bulk amounts, roommates tend to use that credit for their own needs. It takes quite a while to research accounts, which is why there is a fee attached to the time it takes to research. However, we chose not to charge you this fee as a courtesy.
