RecommendedFriendly staff and reasonable pricing
I have lived at my current property for 5 years now with Sherrill, and lived at another one for one year before that. They have always been quick to respond with any maintenance issues I have had, and I have always received good service when I have needed to call the office for anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company.
Nothing but great experiences. Whitney and Lori are very helpful.
The pricing is overkill and the maintenance staff uses your living room to blow out their cig smoke

I rented from Sherrill Realty from August 2016 to August 2017 at the Sherrill Annex Apt. 5 and I had a very pleasant experience with the management team. My work orders were completed within a reasonable time frame, and if I had an issue with bugs pest control would always come spray my apt. I read my entire lease, so I knew what they would fix/replace if needed, so there was never a problem. I also just received my security deposit back and all my charges were fair and reasonable. I would suggest they send all their employees to anger management class. Highly unprofessional and severe exploitation of students/parents at the University. They price gouge when it comes to things like shampooing, cleaning and repairs.
dont do it ..... look at the stars these guys are 50 50 either great by friends or bad by tenants .... i was lied to and told i would have parking , after i move in ,i find out theres public parking only , meaning that i pay rent and have to hope that theres a spot at my place "you can park somewhere close and walk " is what i was told by the agent when i asked why it wasnt disclosed at the lease signing .. I have had such a pleasant experience renting with Sherrill. They rarely bother you with visits or phone calls unless they're letting you know if someone is coming to the house/apartment and also have very reliable maintenance. I am renting from them for another year and couldn't be happier! Miss Whitney and Miss Lori are so sweet and very understanding when it comes to students' needs. Best realty company in Tuscaloosa!
