I was there to make a commercial lift gate delivery of equipment. The business is located on a hill and is housed in a large residential property,,,unloading is difficult for a 3000 pound piece of machinery. There in a forklift available although no one there can use it,,, I would venture to say that it's at least 45 years old and in a sad state.
