We love Sherman Oaks Vet Group I love Sherman Oaks Vet! Everyone there loves my cat Brian and are always excited to see him. SOVG has been my one stop shop for years. They have food, shampoos, treats, and collars. They always have cats up for adoption, my daughter loves going to the vet with us just to see the kittens. overpriced!! SOOO overpriced but like Drs Richter and Clipshan. I think however, Dr. Clipshan may be more through and loves cats. DOn't like the female drs. Don't ask the front girls questions about your animal because they seem to get simple answers wrong. But like Judy and Jennifer M.
Dr. Clipshan is GREAT. Kind, caring and loves animals l! WOW! My Yo-Yo is in kitty heaven now (sniff-sniff) but Dr. Clipshan made it as painless as he could for ME and my baby. If you are looking for a kind, caring and loves Vet who actually loves animals - Dr. Clipshan is the VET for you. Jennifer (very nice) made sure I got to Dr. Clipshan - she's a major cat lover, too. ... Heather is just a sweetie, she let me cry all over her shoulder and showed me such kindness as well.
Beware!!!!!!!!!!!! In summary, don't go to SOVG unless you are willing to tolerate some of the things that I experienced. 1) Long holds on the phone when calling- just like when you call the DWP or phone company. Sometimes, they forget there is someone on hold. You then may have to call back after giving up on them remembering that there is someone on hold. Try to call for yourself to check. 2) Being told that your pet needs "very important (and expensive) and critical tests" and then not being informed of the results proper... read more
Don't go here. I also wish there were zero stars to give. What happened to this place? No principles. They overcharge, are sneaky with hidden charges and unnecessary steps. They take advantage of people's good intentions. Cheats. I reported them to the BBB, my credit card, and now I'm trying to find a way to let you know. Don't go here.
Not Pleased Wish there were zero stars. Have been going there for years, but done with them. Overcharging and poor service and lack of concern.
Be very careful less that one star needed I had bad experiences here. with Dr McCray After looking online, I found out that she has had her licsense sanctioned by the veterinary board of examiners in Sacramento!
