Was disappointed, the food just wasn't that good, the frozen custard is amazing, but the burgers are just plain burgers, the fries, both regular and the truffle, were greasy and nothing to brag about. Service was really slow, took over 20 minutes to get our food, was obvious that the priority was the drive through and not the inside diners.
Walked in to see the staff as usual avoid the counter. One employee hopped up on a table and kept chatting. No one says just a minute, nothing. Wait over a minute finally kid takes my order, no problem. 3 minutes later girl says we are out of cookies and only had 1 all day. This has been the case the last 3 times I've been. No need for me to drive an extra 5 minutes to continually not get what's on the menu due to your lack of ordering or prep work. I will go to Culvers or Freddie's in the future. Waited in line last night over 20 minutes for a chocolate shake and a smoothie. There was one car in front of us that had a fairly large order, but it looked like all the other cars had 2 or 3 things. Not sure what the issue is, but definitely should be looked into. doubt we will be back

Nothing more blissful than a Sheridan's concrete... Each bite is like heaven. Hands down my favorite treat! I just wish they were a little (lot) more affordable. I know I'd take my family more often if the prices were more reasonable.
