This isn't about the quality. The product is good. My issue is the service. I've gone to this place for years and the wait times are awful and the staff seems to be lacking any motivation or direction. I was recently the 2nd car in line (it wasn't busy) and waited 28 minutes for a concrete and when they gave it to me it wasn't what I ordered. They then made what I wanted but missed there too. Always tastes perfect! I always get mine with blackberries!
The wait time is not worth it. Just waited over 40 minutes in the drive through line for three concretes. Completely unacceptable!! Will never be going back!!!
I always get the Royal Turtle, fresh nut, caramel and hot fudge. Love it, I'd rather go here than any other places
