I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes tonight. It was busy and I totally get everyone wants Sheridans on a nice Friday night. That's not the issue. I waited for 12 minutes for them to give me a strawberry shortcake with a raw shortcake/biscuit. It was the consistency of raw cookie dough. I drove off but then turned back around to go inside and ask for anther one. Terrible experience, you'll pay a lot of money to watch the cooks touching their faces, wiping hair out of the way, and messing with their hats to then make your food with the same gloves on, and then receive melted ice cream, not worth the 30$ for this "gourmet food". You get better service at McDonald's down the street and will save your money.
We went here for a treat on Mother's Day. It was our first time, but definitely not our last. Friendly, helpful employee. Delicious frozen vanilla custard with Heath and almonds. Yum!
My kids love going here! Its part of family fun night
