I am not sure where the smiles or service were at when my wife and I got to your establishment, but they were no there for us. I rarely saw an employee's face resemble anything other than a scowl or a look of irritation. Then upon receiving my "concrete" I was now getting angry. My concrete was a runny mess and was cover with the contents, with no attempt to wipe the outside off. After today, I may never come back to your establishment. Your business needs some serious retraining of employees AND management.

I love this place! The employees are always helpful, and offer suggestions based on my likes!
Two of the three items were good. The strawberry shortcake was stale per my neighbor. This is the reason for 3 versus 4 rating. The staff was funny!!
