Went tonight at 9:55 girl came on speaker for my order and when I tried to order a burger she said the kitchen was closed. Had to wait in line to leave and stopped at the window and talked to Megan she said they closed at 10:00. Poor customer service they are supposed to serve the entire menu until they close.
The only problem with Sheridan's Frozen Custard is my Family's word of mouth. Now when they come to visit, this is always one of our first stops.
Awsome or so I thought. My family and I went there abiut 6:30 Tuesday evening. We got our treats and went over to the inside to sit down. There are 3 people in our family, There was only 2 chairs. My husband went outside to get another chair. You manager Michael yelled at my husband "Dont bring that chair in here. You will scratch my floor.. I said can we get another chair then. They were busy. Teens in the kitchen seemed overwhelmed. My concrete suffered. I ordered Brownie Salted Caramel. No caramel, no sea salt, and brown specks with no flavor for the brownie. Very disappointed.
My husband may not answer questions correctly about some of my favorite things, but he definitely knows I love Sheridan's! Best frozen custard ever!
