Sherida is very friendly and was always available to answer any questions. She was also very quick at getting us into see the properties we liked. She helped us find the perfect home and neighborhood for our family.

Sherida has been great! I was a first time home buyer, and she helped me through the whole process. She was super responsive, day/night/week-ends included! She coordinated a lot of things I never even knew about until the end. When I signed, she gave me a home-warming basket. And even after I signed, she has offered to help me! I would highly recommend her to everyone who needs any help in any part of this process.
I worked with Sherida on helping a friend purchase a home (I was the mortgage loan officer on the deal). She was awesome, as my friend can also confirm! She is very responsive and a good communicator, which I'm sure translates into how she interacts with her clients as well. Would use her in a heartbeat. Did I mention she got the home under contract on the same day of the offering..? Doesn't get any better than that, especially in such a competitive seller's market like we're experiencing here in Utah.
