Best realtor ever! She bends over backwards for you and does everything she can to make it a great experience. It was so nice to have somebody in our corner. Without her we would’ve been raked across the coals. She renewed my faith in realtors! She got us top dollar for our home we sold and walked us through the process of building and fought for us when our builder was trying to take advantage of us! So glad we had her!
If she were a boxer you’d want her in your corner cuz she’d fight for you tooth and nail. She saved us literally thousands when she noticed our fixtures were ALL wrong - she always is quick to respond and super knowledgeable of the market. Will be returning customers.

Sherida makes the buying AND selling process amazing! We know because she made it possible for us to buy our house and sell that same house in two short years! Sherida helped me get in to my first home and did a great job of making the process as pain-free as possible. I never had a hard time getting in contact with her, and she was always quick to answer questions. She kept me up to date with a list of properties that fit my criteria, and I never had to wait to see the homes I was interested in.
What can I say about Sherida other than WOW! She is so great! I felt as if I wash her only client because how responsive and personable she is. We were so lucky to be able to work with Sherida! She really went to bat for and I would recommend her to anyone!
