I had an appointment for a neck ablation with Dr. Dwan for I had an appointment for a neck ablation with Dr. Dwan for August 21st which was rescheduled to August 29 at 11 AM. I showed up for the appointment today and was told Dr. Dejuan was no longer with the clinic after waiting almost 6 weeks for an appointment. Needless to say I was very upset.
