We stayed in a two bedroom townhouse. It was absolutely perfect, clean, big and had everything we needed at a great price. Very easy drive to Disney and Universal. Would highly recommend this location to family and friends!

Ok this was our 1st time at this resort and it will be our last. We checked in 9/30 and due to the hurricane check out 10/8. On day 1 of our stay we had to call maintenance due to two of us was using blow dryers and the breaker trip. When I called it asked where the breaker box was. I was told it was located in a locked box outside. The lady told me did I try the little button on the outlet. I told the lady the two bathrooms did not have a gif outlet. We have stayed several times and the accommodations are 5 star. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful. Hurricane Matthew failed to ruffle their feathers. As soon as the storm had passed services resumed and everything was back to 5 star.

We have been coming here since 1990. We have sometimes swapped & gone elsewhere, but frequently return here. We have always had good experiences, so I am surprised to see some of the negative reviews. This is, and will remain, our timeshare home base.
