This hotel is terrible. I visited last year and we were told that we could go to a 30 minute meeting so we could get discounted tickets. But kids couldn't go. So we left the kids in the hotel room. 3 hours later we still hadn't returned. They took us away from our kids all day in a foreign country. This year we returned and we have had a number of missing items that have not been retrieved.
Excellent. .... we have a wonderful time... ready for the next one.

We've been coming to Vistana for years and although we all make the best of our vacation time and cherish family moments, this visit the treatment was not Vistana quality. Sincere disappointment ! If it wasn't for Caitlyn in owner services it would have been a total disastrous vacation.
One of the best stays at any resort I've been. Defiantly coming back to the Sheridan Vistana Resort in Orlando Florida
