Beautiful room, clean, and convenient. Lots of amenities and the main activity center had plenty to do for the kiddos on our "staying in days" - overall great time.
I'm an "owner" and I'm really disappointed with the customer service. If you are going to spend $ on buying a "Time Share", I will recommend be careful. Not everything is so easy and fabulous after you buy.

Rooms are ok but service is very poor. Amenities beside the nice pool...very poor as well. Much better choices around!!
The whole experience was wonderful. Our villa was beautiful. Loved sitting on the lanai in the morning having coffee, listening to the fountain outside. Great service from the bellman. Our concierge was helpful. Our salespeople explained everything during our new upgrade that we are excited about. The location is fantastic for traveling around Florida.
