Female bartender was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She would not make eye contact with me, ignore me but help other guests after getting her attention. She wouldn’t give me my change in my hand after I would extend it but instead would put it on the counter. She wouldn’t clean up the empty glass or give me new napkins unless I asked. I had a great time. The Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly.
We stayed for the Garth Brooks concert ! I found the hotel To be very nice ! Small fridg in rooms would be nice and more seating on main floor at bar area. Other wise it was very nice stay.
Very comfortable and classy place. No noise from other guests during the night, comfortable bed and linens, and I LOVE their towels! Will definitely stay there again!
The Sheraton Sioux Falls was amazing. Very good experience with check in, we went to the bar area for drinks and satayed for dinner because of the very entertaining bartenders/waitresses. The room was clean,comfortable, and quiet. Although we didn't have our fur baby with us, I know we will bring her next time. The hotel is not only dog friendly, they even have dog beds available! Thank you to the wonderful staff. We had a fabulous stay!
The place it's self is very nice!! One HUGE problem.... the doors are paper thin and you can hear everything!! The bar is on the main floor but the rooms surround it. We were on the third floor and at about 11 o'clock we're woke up by the hooping and haulering coming from the bar. I called once nicely and told them the noise had woken us up and about a half an hour later it hadn't stopped.
