RecommendedWe stay here every time we come to an event at the convention center because it’s so convenient. The Sheraton has nice clean rooms and they have always been very accommodating. Plus I love the beds and pillows, very comfortable!!

This property is simply excellent, from the rooms to the food and not to forget the staff, they are on point...
The hotel has an open floor plan where the rooms revolve around the bar and restaurant. The bar is very noisy and is open until midnight. If you want a decent night of sleep you will not get it here. For kids and adults that need sleep the noise is loud enough it woke me up from sleep.
Terrible service! My husband was supposed to be pick up (it was arranged) and the driver left for the night and never picked him up, we called the hotel to see if they could help him and the women in the reception hung up the phone twice! Once in him and once on me! He is a pilot, he is not from there! There were no taxis or Ubers. Seriously, what kind of people do that? They don’t care that their costumer is waiting for a ride to their hotel so he can rest?
Our first room was filthy with wrinkled sheets. We also had 2 bugs in the bathroom. They gave us another room but the tub wouldn't drain so you end up taking a bath and a shower. Lobby was amazing but our rooms were not good. We will not stay here again. I also posted this once before but see it is gone now. They could not compensate me for their terrible rooms because I booked through hotwire. what a joke
The room I had, floor had coffee and ink stains. Put a little effort into cleaning. My Priceline reservation was lost and the staff did nothing to assist, even after seeing my confirmation and travel #. For a 'luxury' hotel I expect the staff to go above/beyond or even common courteous and help guests. Half an hour later after calling PL the company called Sheraton and made sure my confirmation was finally received.
