Muy cómodo y agradable
The hotel service was fine but the free shuttle bus was not fine
This is an ideal location for the traveller setting foot in DC after those long flights from anywhere and longer queues at the DC immigration. Comfort and relaxation assured. I particularly enjoyed their amenities package, and the aromatherapy products included... Good experience.
I'm an older person and was concerned about safety traveling alone. Upon my arrival, I felt safe the minute I pulled up to the front door. The team at the desk were very friendly. My room was excellent. I was downstairs at 4:30 am waiting for the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was on time as promised, and got me to the airport in plenty of time. All in all, I would recommend staying here anytime.
