Somewhat run down hotel. Customer service and room cleaning seem to be on the low part of their priority list (a huge wad of thread from the cleaning cloth left in the bathroom both days, and a previous guest's eyelash stickers left beside the sink). Desk area lacking in accessible outlets (two in the far corner behind the desk lamp, halfway up the wall). Restaurant is overpriced and very low quality (a chicken caesar wrap for $15 with the wrap split open, far more romain than chicken, and almost no dressing).
Don't pay attention to the negative comments...this is a lovely hotel...friendly, helpful, comfortable and clean, with great amenities! Standby travel forced us to spend 2 nights here and we thoroughly enjoyed it!
Ok hotell! We needed a place to stay because of a cancelled flight. The manager was nice and very helpful. Lagre room. Little information about breakfast was given, we had to ask. All in all ok!
Overall a good place to stay. Service was excellent. They need to update some of the rooms however.
