don't stay in this hotel.the way they treat their employees is unamerican.they have managers who don't know what they're doing. rude to their staff and micromanage them. staying in this hotel is supporting maltreatment to employees.
Construction site with signage for a different hotel. Terrible experience.
This is unethical to sell rooms at this hotel on a pre-paid non-refundable basis and have no warning, statement etc on the website. In fact the photos on the website are a lie. Open construction everywhere. I am certain there are code violations everywhere. Small things from evacuation maps missing from behind the door, to large things like unsealed lobby construction with open ceilings and wires dangling.
Awful, overpriced. When we went to check in we had to wait over 15 minutes for the guy to show up ti the front desk, no idea where he was. Beds were HARD AS A FLIPPING ROCK! never again ever will I stay here. Wish I did have went elsewhere for the price.
Best hotel up on DC, I can wait to go back and check in
The staff is great the amenities was horrible stayed in the 4th floor no ice machine had to go to the 2nd floor to warm something in the microwave had to go to the lobby it just so many things I wasn't happy with it the hot tub wasn't working the room service took 2 hours I was not happy with all of that on my way to check out elevators was occupied by workers all hallways was full up with people noise early in the morning took me 30 minutes to get a chance on the elevator to leave that noisey place and dust all over was not... read more
Clean, comfortable bed, great workspace, great staff, can’t ask for more than that! Business easily accomplished. Done. 5 stars.
