Room was disgusting and smelled bad. Comforter was stained and nasty
Was really hard to check in. With two little boys, a blocked off hotel check on and no space at conference center it was a LOT OF LOADED trips across the parking lot since Bells were busy. Not a smooth flow at all
My room on the 8th floor was fantastic!! Nice and large. Next time I hope to make it to the pool.
This hotel is clean, the staff I've experienced has been wonderful and the price is reasonable. Walking distance to the Shopping mall and other near by restaurants and movie theatre.
I love it. Small things missing. Maybe they are cutting cost but I enjoyed every bit of my two days here and I still have two more days to go so I only can give what I thought they were very efficient and bring us a refrigerator to a room once we switch rooms in the new room didn't have one but the moment they didn't knew that it was needed for medication they bought it with upstairs in 10 minutes and I think I was great I want to talk that up from great Hospitality down south everyone will sell food joke. Nice rooms great location wish they had early check in though arrived at 11 am after traveling 9 hours and slept in lobby
