RecommendedThis is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! It is central, luxurious, comfortable, and the staff is so courteous!!
Having a great time here , only bad thing is ice machine not working on 25th floor
I booked for a family suite & loved the room. The room service was quick. The pools & jacuzzi are a little small but not many people were out so it wasn’t crowded. My only issue was with the lady I checked in with about the payment. But that infuriated me bc it messed up my bank accounts & that took an extra hr on top of many other complications. The doors seemed very thin, you could hear everyone in the hallways so clear & loud.
Awesome place to stay been twice
the hotel was older the air conditioner did not work in my room
No microwaves. When you’re charging people $140 a night all customers should be comfortable and be able to warm their food they do not have to eat in your restaurant. One of our church members found a tick on her bed. Rooms are too small.
My experience at the Shearaton Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons was amazing. The staff were helpful and super friendly! Rooms were comfortable and super clean!

It was so loud in room 355 at night as the staff closet door across the room was slammed every single time and was an unpleasant rest through the time I was there.
