Tried to check in at 2, no king rooms available. Tried at three, again at 4. Finally left at 4:30 to get a room across the freeway at Hampton. Was told that the conference of bankers weren’t checking out until 5pm. They were given a late check out time. I asked to see a manager, was told they were all in a meeting. At check in time????? Nope. They don’t deserve my business. We are here working with P&G, they suggested we stay there. I will be sure to let them know.
Was robbed while staying at 4 Seasons in Greensboro. Room was cleaned, reset before checkout....all my luggage, toiletries and meds taken. GM was insulting and acted prejudicial. Will never stay there again. Was attending a medical conference....lost money and time.
This is what passes for a drink on the rocks. And no I haven’t even touched it. At Bar Down Under. Just completely disappointed.
