The facility over all is fine. However the rooms have thin walls. We could hear every conversation in the hall, next door etc. Didn't sleep at all.
It was beautiful and had very friendly staff who seemed to adore saying hello when passing by! Thank you for all your hospitality and letting us mers and friends stay with you at such a beautiful place!
I was their for a MLK Breakfast it was a grand event. The staff was very nice and the food was grand. I has a great experience when I was their.

Rooms size nice. Pipes hammered when warm and moderate pressure water was run in the shower. Food was subpar for a hotel of the caliber, both in quality and options. Club room size and food options were embarrassing for this caliber of hotel. Value proposition was not met for the points and dollars spent for the stay.
