Exeptionally clean hotel this is coming from a family that travels with Lysol spray and wipes�� the staff was very friendly and helpful we loved the pool and the hotel is just walking distance from the mall! We will definitely recommend and stay here again while in Greensboro!
We stayed here to go to a concert. We are a family of four with two children ages seven and nine. The room was great. The indoor outdoor pool was a big hit. The cleaning staff even gave us extra towels because they knew we had young children, and the free bus shuttle to the concert was such a relief. We would totally stay there again.
This is a classy hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and kind. We ordered room service and the food was delicious.
Very nice hotel. Only complaint is there is no fan in the bathrooms and the showers aren't very user friendly. Just not ideal for anyone that likes good water pressure or to not have get their hair wet without a shower cap.
