Very nice clean pleasant .Ballroom was extremely nice.
I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this fine hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful, and amenities plentiful. The front desk staff was so welcoming, as well. 😊
As A Gold SPG Member you would think a Cancelled Flight and following day all flights booked as well out of Detriot Metro would be enough for a refund for a 3 day stay, spoke to the Supervisor would not budge, instead charge my account for a 3 day $896.37 and I was even willing to pay for a one night stay....TOTALLY DISGUSTED,,,
