We had the best experience! From valet, to front desk, to the servers at the breakfast buffet - everyone was so helpful! The morning manager Tory, even asked how we were doing and when we told her we were staying in Dallas to celebrate my birthday she brought us a brownie sundae! It’s the little things. I definitely recommend this property. The rooms were clean and food was delicious.

Roomed at the Sheraton for Afest. God bless this hotel. Front desk was very helpful and even offered a king bedroom so we could get into our room earlier then the check in at 3pm. The food court was also a excellent plus since we con goers don’t eat no matter how prepared we are.

Great friendly staff. Need dorm room (not the small ones) refrigerators in the rooms when guests are staying multiple nights

I was only there a few hours but what I saw and experience was great. The staff was helpful with directions and etc. The hotel was well maintained . Would love to go again and truly the hotel experience .

ATPE Summit was held July 11-13th. The hotel staff were great and service was excellent! The only complaint would be the center tower elevators when they have two to three large groups in house. Other than that it was a great stay and I will return.
