Perfect tourist attraction hotel !
Made a reservation in February for April. Called the hotel and he told me he couldn’t make it for one of the nights I would have to make it online or through the app-so I did. Within a week that night was charged to my card. I called them, they said it was some kind of pre-pay promotion???? and couldn’t be refunded. I called corporate-explained the situation and they said there should be no problem refunding the night, but the decision is made at the local level. The rooms are ok, but you can here everything from the hallway or the neighbors. Food was quiet good, staff very friendly ❤
