Made a reservation in February for April. Called the hotel and he told me he couldn’t make it for one of the nights I would have to make it online or through the app-so I did. Within a week that night was charged to my card. I called them, they said it was some kind of pre-pay promotion???? and couldn’t be refunded. I called corporate-explained the situation and they said there should be no problem refunding the night, but the decision is made at the local level.
