I took my riding lawn mower to Shepard's because not starting and said it was either the cylinoid or starter. He called two days later and said my mower was ready and that I owed $325.00. I asked why he explained that he changed out the cylinoid and did a lot of unauthorized work. I never gave him permission to do the extra work. I paid and left. three weeks later mower wont start.
